Marzley Tech Solutions (often shortened to MTS) is a technology company focused on creating practical digital solutions that solve real-world problems. Its guiding belief is simple: technology should simplify work, not make it more complicated.

Why it built CBET Planner

CBET transformed how TVET training in Kenya is delivered and assessed, and with it came a heavy documentation load. For every unit, every term, trainers prepare a Learning Plan, a Session Plan for each lesson, a Record of Work, assessment tools and notes, each in a specific template and each traceable to the unit's Occupational Standard. Much of that time goes into copying, counting and formatting rather than teaching. CBET Planner was built to turn those hours of manual preparation into an efficient digital workflow: upload the unit's Curriculum and Occupational Standards, and get correctly structured documents in Ministry, KSTVET and TVET CDACC formats, ready to review, edit and submit.

Marzley Learn

Marzley Learn focuses on the other half of good training: delivery. It offers interactive lessons and practical active-learning techniques that help trainers keep trainees thinking, practising and participating, which is what CBET is all about.

How the team works
