These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of CBET Planner ("the Platform"), developed and operated by Marzley Tech Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1 Description of Service

CBET Planner helps trainers and TVET institutions generate, organise, and manage Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) documentation — including Learning Plans, Session Plans, Assessments, Marking Schemes, Notes, Record of Work, and related materials — using AI-assisted tools grounded in curriculum, occupational standards, and other documents you provide.

2 AI-Generated Content

Documents produced by the Platform are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence based on the material you upload or describe. While we aim for accuracy and alignment with CBET/TVET standards, AI-generated content may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing, verifying, and editing any generated document before submitting it for official, academic, or institutional use.

3 Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information and documents you upload.
• You must have the right to upload and use any curriculum, occupational standards, or other documents you submit to the Platform.
• You agree not to use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in a way that could damage, disable, or impair its operation.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity carried out under your account.

4 Your Content & Uploaded Documents

You retain ownership of the documents you upload and the documents generated from them. We do not claim ownership over your curriculum materials, plans, or other content. Uploaded files are used solely to generate the documents you request.

5 Intellectual Property

The Platform itself — including its design, branding, templates, and underlying software — is the property of Marzley Tech Solutions and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to our branding, trademarks, or source code beyond your normal use of the Platform.

6 Availability & Changes to the Service

We aim to keep the Platform available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may be added, changed, or removed as the Platform evolves to better serve trainers and institutions.

7 Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marzley Tech Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or reliance on any generated document.

8 Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Platform or legal requirements. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
