What is CBET Planner?
CBET Planner is an AI-powered documentation platform for Kenyan TVET trainers. It turns your Curriculum and Occupational Standards into ready-to-use Learning Plans, Session Plans, Records of Work, Assessments and trainee notes.
Do I need an account?
No. You can open the dashboard, explore every tool and generate documents as a guest. A free account keeps everything you generate in My Documents so you can find it again later.
Which formats does it follow?
Learning Plans come in the Ministry Recommended or KSTVET template. Session Plans use the BOPPPS model or the KSTVET standard, and Assessments follow the TVET CDACC format.
How do I pay?
You pay per document via M-Pesa. Enter your number, approve the STK push on your phone, and your document is generated. There is no subscription. The Curriculum Extractor, CU/OS downloads and guides are free, and Notes Library topics are free to read online.
I paid but didn't get my document. What now?
On any payment screen, click "Already paid but didn't get your document?" and enter the M-Pesa code from your confirmation SMS to download it again.
What file do I get?
You can preview your document, then download it as an editable Word file or a PDF. Learning Plans can also be downloaded as one document per week, bundled as a ZIP.
