Paid without an account, or on a different device? Enter the M-Pesa code from that payment's SMS to find the document (or ZIP) it generated.
Each M-Pesa code is linked to the one document it paid for. You can recover that document up to 3 times, within 3 days of it being generated. A code can never generate a second document.
