Upload a whole-course document and pull out just the unit a trainer actually needs — no need to hand them the entire curriculum or OS file.

Already uploaded a whole-course file? Look up the one unit you need by its name, its unit code, or both — searches across every document you've uploaded.
The Curriculum Extractor is completely free to use. It exists so a trainer never has to hand someone an entire whole-course curriculum or occupational standards document just to get to the one unit they actually teach.
1. Search first. Before uploading anything, try "Find a Specific Unit" above — it searches across every curriculum and occupational standards document extracted by any trainer recently, not just your own uploads. If someone has already uploaded the whole course you need, searching by the unit's name or its unit code lets you preview, download, or export it straight into a Learning Plan without uploading a single file yourself.
2. If it isn't found, upload the whole curriculum. Upload the complete curriculum or occupational standards document (DOCX or PDF) — the whole course with all of its units, not just one — and the extractor automatically splits it into individual units you can preview, download on their own, or export.
3. Where it fits in. A unit extracted here feeds straight into the Learning Plan and Session Plan generators, so its title, code, and learning outcomes are already filled in — extract a unit once, reuse it everywhere instead of retyping it by hand.
Uploaded documents and the units extracted from them are only kept for a few days, then cleared automatically — if a colleague's upload isn't turning up in search anymore, it has likely expired; re-uploading the curriculum will extract it fresh.
